cheetah & lace, rawr.

cheetah, chambray, and lace...
is it a trend overload?! i hope not. i tried to keep it conservative ;)

cardi: old navy (same style, different colors here)
chambray: gojane.com
skirt and necklace: forever 21
tights and booties: target (i wear these boots to much. can you blame me!?)

what's your opinion on mixing trends?! is it too much?

xoxo

I love everything! but mostly your shoes :) I'm all for a good overload

I will definitely share my look with you. I also have a question...I have been eyeing that coat you have from Delias, the green one, and wanted to know what you thought about the coat. Does it keep you warm? what size are you wearing? I am 5'1", about 110, and have the same shoe size as you so i figure we would probably wear the same size. Just wanted to get your thoughts before i purchase online. Thanks!

Rachel Sayumi Porter said...

Ohhh it's a great coat for sure!! It does keep me warm. I have the xs size. I am also 5'1" and about 106-108! so we are like the exact same :) The coat does keep me warm. it's definitely not the warmest coat (I have a down-feather one from Hollister that keeps me TOASTY) but it's always nice to have a "medium warm" coat for those days when it's 30-40 degrees (i hate the cold). It's a bit roomy, the size xs, but that's the style - it's meant to be a looser fit (as you might be able to tell from the photo's in that post). and this is actually nice because you CAN wear layers underneath to keep warm if you want to. :)

shpank you, elsha :))

Great! I too have a super warm coat for the colder days but a medium coat is great. I think i am gonna order it! Thanks for the input!

Definitely not a trend overload! I would say if you were wearing a neon shirt instead of chambray it would be overload! LOL, I'm loving all of it!
